EHRspace (“we” or “us”) operates this public marketing website. This policy covers browsing this website and submitting business or product inquiries. It does not govern the separate clinical software, patient records, patient consents, or clinical services.

This is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices or a business associate agreement. Please do not submit patient details, medical information, or other sensitive health information. The inquiry form has no upload facility and is not a clinical communication channel.

Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your full name, email address and message. Practice or company name, phone number and inquiry interests are optional. We use these details to understand and respond to your inquiry, discuss product or business needs, and handle related follow-up.

We do not add inquiry contacts to a marketing list, send automatic visitor confirmations, sell contact data, or use it for advertising.

Inquiries and service providers

When email delivery is operational, form inquiries are sent to hello@ehrspace.com so we can respond. Your email address is used as the reply address. If a submission cannot be accepted, the form reports an error; unsuccessful inquiries are not saved for later delivery. You may also email us directly.

We do not store a copy of inquiry content in this website’s database. Accepted inquiries and subsequent correspondence are handled in our mailbox. Website hosting, security and email service providers, including our mailbox provider, process information as needed to provide those services.

Lovable and its hosting infrastructure support the operation and security of this website. Service providers’ own privacy practices may also apply to their services.

Technical information and site storage

Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, request times, browser and device information, requested pages, errors and other routine technical data to operate the website, understand visits, prevent abuse and investigate problems.

The website can remember your optional motion preference in browser local storage. Form details remain in page memory while you complete the form and are not saved in local storage. We do not log inquiry contents.

This website does not use advertising pixels.
