Terms & Conditions
For this public website and business inquiry form—not the clinical software, patient consents, or clinical services.
Last updated October 19, 2026
Purpose and scope
EHRspace (“we” or “us”) provides this public website for information about our software and business inquiries. By using this website, you agree to these website-only terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms do not govern use of the clinical software, clinical services, patient consents, or patient records. Any software or service relationship is governed separately. This website is not a patient portal and should not receive patient or medical information.
Information and illustrative previews
Product previews use explicitly fictional local information. They illustrate workflows, not real patients, live clinical records, or a guarantee that every capability will apply to a particular practice. This website does not provide medical advice or recommend treatment.
Qualified providers remain responsible for clinical judgment and decisions. Descriptions of clinical security and compliance depend on the applicable agreements, configuration, policies and use; they do not certify a practice’s compliance.
Business inquiries
An inquiry does not establish a clinical or business service relationship, purchase commitment, or agreement to provide services. Please provide accurate business contact details and do not submit patient information, medical information, uploads, or content you are not entitled to share. Inquiry handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, send spam or malicious code, impersonate others, or use the inquiry form for unlawful content. Do not attempt to bypass security or abuse protections. We may restrict access that threatens the website or other people, consistent with applicable law.
Intellectual property and trademarks
The EHRspace name, symbol, website design, text, and other materials belong to EHRspace or their respective owners. You may browse and refer to this website for its intended informational purpose. These terms do not grant ownership or a license to reproduce our branding or product materials for another commercial offering, except as allowed by law or with permission.
Square is a trademark of Block, Inc. EHRspace is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Square. Square remains the appointment source; clinical records are not represented as being written back to Square.
EHRspace’s controlled appointment-to-clinical-record connection is described at a high level on this website. A U.S. utility patent application was filed October 15, 2026. Patent pending does not mean a patent has been granted and does not establish HIPAA compliance.
Website accuracy and availability
We aim to keep this website useful and accurate, but information may change or contain errors. We may update, suspend or remove website content. We do not promise uninterrupted website availability or that every illustrative description is complete or suitable for every circumstance. Please contact us to confirm details important to a business decision.
Website-only limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without promises beyond those expressly made here. We are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information where you reasonably should have confirmed the relevant details with us.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable consumer rights. These limitations concern this public website only and do not release obligations relating to patient data or clinical software.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the website changes. The update date appears above. For questions about the website, permission to use materials, or these terms, contact hello@ehrspace.com.
